Is BizTalk360 v10 compatible with earlier versions? Can we upgrade our existing BizTalk360 version to v10?

Yes. BizTalk360 v10 supports a direct in-place upgrade from v8.9 and above. Earlier versions must be upgraded to v8.9 first, and the installer migrates the configuration and monitoring database automatically.

What are the BizTalk Server versions that are compatible with BizTalk360 v10?

BizTalk Server 2013 R2, 2016, 2020 and their respective cumulative updates are supported. Each BizTalk group is registered as a separate environment inside the console.

Is BizTalk360 a direct product from Microsoft?

No. BizTalk360 is built by Kovai.co as an independent operations, monitoring and analytics product for Microsoft BizTalk Server. It is a Microsoft Gold Partner solution, not a Microsoft product.

What are the hardware and software requirements for BizTalk360 v10?

A dedicated application server with 4 cores and 8 GB RAM, Windows Server 2016 or later, IIS 8+, .NET Framework 4.8 and SQL Server 2016 or later for the BizTalk360 database.

What is the licensing/pricing model for BizTalk360?

Licensing is per BizTalk Server environment, in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers that differ by user count and feature depth. A 30-day full-feature Free Trial needs no license key.
