# Error Type: "Could not validate TransportTypeData, Address or Public Address properties for Receive Location"

## Problem description

When you try to start a receive location or the entire application via BizTalk360, you may receive an error similar to this:

Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM.BtsException: Could not validate TransportTypeData, Address or Public Address properties for Receive Location 'BatchControlMessageRecvLoc'. Invalid query at Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM.BtsCatalogExplorer.SaveChangesWithTransaction(Object transactionObj))

## Cause and Solution to the problem

The main reason for this error is due to the restriction in ExplorerOM. Make sure your Application pool is configured to run in 32 bit.
