Article Summary

Based on the report settings, BizTalk360 will trigger the reports to the users through email with the PDF attachment of the reporting dashboard.

There may be cases when there is an intermittent issue with the gateway/SMTP settings or with the analytics service and you may not receive the notification emails. In these situations, the "Is Transmitted" column in the Report Notification History section will let the users know whether the alert was actually sent to the notification channel or not.

To view the Report Notification History,

  • Log in to BizTalk360 and navigate to the Analytics section
  • Expand the Reporting section from the left navigation menu
  • Select Reporting Notification History. You will see the list of email notifications that have been triggered from the application. The screen displays a maximum of 50 records.
  • Click the Refresh link at the top right corner of the page to refresh the list of notifications

Email Notifications

Once the reporting schedule executes, the email recipient will receive the email from BizTalk360 with the PDF attachment of the report.
