# BizTalk360 Support Life Cycle

BizTalk360 provides support for versions up to **five versions behind the latest released version**.

For example, if the latest released version of BizTalk360 is **v12.0**, support is provided for versions down to **v11.6**.

If you are using a BizTalk360 version older than **v11.5**, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest available version.

### Why Should You Upgrade to the Latest Version?

With every new BizTalk360 release, we introduce:

- New features and capabilities
- Enhancements to existing features
- Performance and usability improvements
- Fixes for reported bugs and known issues

If you encounter an issue while using an older version, it might be resolved in a newer release. In this case, we recommend to upgrade BizTalk360 to the **latest available version**.

> Note: If you are using an older version of BizTalk360 and cannot upgrade immediately, we will continue to provide support. However, for functionality issues or enhancement requests, we recommend upgrading to the latest version, as these may already be addressed in newer releases.
