It is typically configured as the identity for the **IIS Application Pool**, **BizTalk360 Monitoring Service**, and **BizTalk360 Analytics Service**. The service account requires the appropriate permissions to access the BizTalk Server and BizTalk360 resources. Right-click the service and select **Properties**. 5. Open the **Log On** tab. 6. The account displayed under **Log on as** is the BizTalk360 service account. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/253f6006-3994-42d0-98cd-fdc637f51791/Images/Documentation/image%28235%29.png) ## Update the BizTalk360 Service Account Credentials The BizTalk360 service account needs to be configured in the following three locations: 1. **BizTalk360 IIS Application Pool** 2. **BizTalk360 Monitoring Service** 3. **BizTalk360 Analytics Service** Make sure the same service account and valid credentials are configured in all three locations. ### 1.
