Error Type: Please make sure at least one BizTalk server is running in the environment

Problem Description

In the Operations -> Home Dashboard, you can see the error in the BizTalk Server licensing widget as below.

Cause of the Problem

The BizTalk360 service account might not have local admin previlege given in the BizTalk server.

Solution to the problem

The BizTalk360 service account must be added to the local  administrators group in the BizTalk server.
