The main idea of having the Administration dashboard in BizTalk360 is to provide easy access to different sections in BizTalk360 "in a single click". To achieve this, we picked up the key functionalities of BizTalk360 that "we thought" customers would be using more often on a day-to-day basis.
When users open the dashboard in BizTalk360, it's not empty. We've already put in some "Default Widgets" that show useful information about their environment, so that they might get some valuable insights right away. Moreover, the flexibility of the dashboard extends to customization, enabling users to create personalized dashboards that can be customized based on the user's specific needs and objectives.
For example, users can create a dashboard that will have all the Monitoring widgets so that they can easily look at the health of your environment. Similarly, users can set up another dashboard for their users where they can easily keep track of the suspended service instances within the environment. We have also built the dashboard framework in a way that users can create their own Custom Widget. This capability enhances flexibility and empowers users to incorporate unique insights and functionalities into their dashboards, catering to their specific requirements and preferences.
