Recommendations

The BizTalk360 Advisor analyses usage data and identifies undiscovered features within the user's BizTalk360 environment, offering users valuable recommendations. If any features are not used or if any configurations are not done, then those details will be sent to the users. These suggestions deliver valuable insights for optimizing BizTalk360 utilization and are classified into Administration, Monitoring, Analytics and General. 

The Recommendations are shown based on the license tier the user has access to, and the features selected for usage within the environment. If the user's license tier has access to monitoring but the user disabled it within a specific environment, then the users will not be shown any recommendations related to Monitoring.

If user has to access monitoring there should be at least one alarm configured within the environment. If the user has an alarm configured, the system will check the alarm mappings. Assume a scenario where the user has alarm mappings only of application artifacts. In such case, BizTalk360 advisor suggests some valuable recommendations to map the other artifacts such as FTP, SFTP, Queues and other monitoring artifacts. This helps users to optimize the usage of BizTalk360 Monitoring. 

Similarly, BizTalk360 advisor collects data of all modules from the environments and suggests useful recommendations. This helps users to identify the configurations within their environment and make use of the unused features and modules.

Each recommendation is accompanied with an option to directly navigate to the feature for immediate action, as well as to the corresponding feature documentation for further information. This facilitates prompt action-taking and provides users with quick access to the feature articles to get into the feature details.

Send As Email

Users are provided with the option to export recommendations and send them via email. To enable this feature, SMTP configuration must be completed. When the user clicks "Send Recommendations via Email," the recommendations are automatically dispatched to the email address configured in SMTP.
