When BHM is configured for BizTalk360, the reports may not run and we may see the following error in the EventLog.
Solution:
There are new features added in BHM v4 which requires SYSADMIN permission
Important Note: This account will be used to execute the BHM queries, so it must be a member of the BizTalk Administrators group and SYSADMIN on the SQL instance hosting the BizTalk databases to analyze.
It is for this reason, the same permission are being expected from BizTalk360 as well. Hence, from BHM v4, it is required that the BizTalk360 service account must be given SYSADMIN permission for running the BHM reports.
