New features

Mail Box Availability Monitoring (Office 365 and POP3)

  • Availability Monitoring: Monitor the availability of Office 365 and POP3 mail boxes which are configured in Receive Locations and Send ports.

  • Threshold Rule:  User can configure threshold rules to monitor the size and number of messages in the mailboxes. When a threshold violation occurs, the monitoring service alerts the users and automatically triggers the configured actions to handle the issue.

IBM MQ - Channels and Queues Metrics monitoring

  • Configure threshold rule and monitor below key metrics of IBM MQ Queues and Channels,

    • Queue metrics: Messages In, Messages Out, Uncommitted Messages, Open Input Handles, Open Output Handles.

    • Channel metrics: Messages Sent/Received, Buffers Sent, Buffers Received, Bytes Sent, Bytes Received.

  • When the system detects a threshold violation, it sends notifications and automatically triggers configured actions — for example, restarting the IBM MQ Agent when the queue depth exceeds the configured limit.

Administration

  • BAM View User Access Policy : BizTalk360 automatically detects BAM View Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) from the BAM portal. It retrieves the access permissions for both individual users and NT user groups, ensuring that users can only see the BAM views they are authorized to access.

  • Secure SQL Queries: Introduced a query to retrieve the number of messages processed per port on a monthly basis for better tracking and reporting.

    ESB Service Name:  The service name are populated by considering the  BizTalk Management and ESB Exception databases.

Monitoring

  • Email Template: Improved processing efficiency by utilizing distinct XSLT templates for each section of Alarm Mapping. Starting from this version, users can easily manage email template styles directly from the user interface.

  • File Location Availability: Enhanced File Location Availability monitoring to verify the reachability of File, FTP, and SFTP locations, and notify users of network issues or credential expirations instead of marking them as orphaned.

  • Teams Notification: Large notifications are now sent in a compact format with component-level status, ensuring complete visibility without missing any content.

  • Orphaned Applications: Improved visibility and management of orphaned applications by displaying them at the top of the application dashboard by default.

General

BizTalk360 Advisor Report

  • Introduced enhanced visual representation in the Advisor Report to provide usage insights of the environment. The report highlights the usage statistics of each feature, the status of monitored components, and lists the most and least used features for better visibility and optimization.

BizTalk360 Health Enhancements

  • Automatically reset exceptions after 24 hours for both Monitoring and Analytics Services to clear old exceptions.

  • Provided an option to remove inactive Monitoring or Analytics servers directly from the UI.

  • Displayed the next scheduled auto-restart time of Monitoring Services for better visibility.

BizTalk360 Logs

  • Enhanced the logging framework to capture detailed stack traces and full exception information, including the exact line of code that triggered the exception.

Troubleshooter Improvements

  • Enabled user impersonation based on the user logged into the troubleshooter, instead of the Windows logged-in user (Integrated and Windows Troubleshooter).

  • Addressed challenges in Windows Troubleshooter for a smoother troubleshooting experience.

Installer Improvements

  • Runtime Error -Addressed issue where , WIX Framework is not displaying the Runtime error in Error Dialog

  • Introduced an option to skip Super User validation and proceed to the next dialog during installation.

  • Added a Repair option to automatically resolve script mismatches detected during the upgrade process.

Administration

  • Addressed the Scroll to Top navigation in the message box queries.

  • Show the template to install Web Administration if it’s not installed in the IIS Server.

Monitoring

  • SMTP notification channel:  Handled the Auto-Correct notification to include the details about corrected artifacts when "Notify only Errors and Warnings" is enabled.

  • Handle SQL Server resources monitoring when Ping and Telnet both are disabled.

General

  • Fixed the issue while importing the dashboards for the NT user.

  • Skipping the SQL server cluster check while adding SQL servers which are configured as Standalone.
