When you encounter the below error, in case of an multi-server environment.

You will need to check if all the BizTalk Servers within the environment are in same versions. For example all (BizTalk) servers should be in 2016. Also, BizTalk server's cumilative updates should be installed in all servers, if you did not updated in any one of the server you will get the above exception.
