What is the end of support life cycle for a version?
Please note that BizTalk360 support can be extended up to minus five versions of the current version of BizTalk360.
For instance, if the recently released version of BizTalk360 is v10.8, we can support up to the version v10.3.
Incase you are using BizTalk360 version lower than v10.3, we recommend you to upgrade to the latest version.
Please note that in every version of BizTalk360, there are lot of enhancements done to the existing features, reported bugs get fixed and essential new features get added.
Note: In case you are using older versions of BizTalk360 and are not in the position to upgrade to the latest version immediately, we do provide support in such scenarios as well. However, incase of any issues with the functionality of the product or for any improvements, we would suggest to upgrade BizTalk360 as those scenarios would have been covered in the latest version.
