The API URL “https://gateway.kovai.co“ is used to activate and deactivate licenses. When this URL is blocked at the firewall level in BizTalk360 server/if the BizTalk360 server does not have internet access, it is not possible to directly activate and deactivate the licenses from BizTalk360 server.
The warning message indicated in the below screenshot means that the API URL “https://gateway.kovai.co“ is blocked in the BizTalk360 server.
